However, we would like to remind our clients that there are certain risks associated with these services, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues that may arise. The following policies apply:
Lights:
- Frog Bottom is not responsible for any electrical issues.
- Frog Bottom is not liable for acts of nature, such as wind, snow, or ice. If we have to adjust lights due to weather, there will be a service call fee.
- Frog Bottom is not responsible for any damage to gutters, soffit and fascia, etc.
Snow Removal:
- Frog Bottom is not responsible for any roof or property damage due to ice or snow, including flooding or weight on the roof.
- We do our best to avoid vegetation, yard ornaments, etc., in the landing zone of snow from roofs, but we cannot guarantee their safety.
- Frog Bottom is not liable for damage to unmarked utilities, soft or hard landscaping, vegetation, curbing, etc. that is buried under the snow when plowing.
Sprinkler Systems:
- Frog Bottom is not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems due to normal wear and tear or acts of nature.
Hardscapes and Mowing:
- Frog Bottom is not responsible for any property damage due to debris left on grass during the course of our work. While we take every precaution to ensure that your property is protected, including proper clean-up and removal of debris, there may be times when small objects are missed. It is the responsibility of the property owner to clear the area of any obstacles or debris prior to our arrival.
